The Party official showed his elation at the development of the Vietnam – US comprehensive partnership in various fields towards effectiveness and practical outcomes and affirmed Vietnam’s recognition of importance to and its wish for further promotion of the ties with the US, which is one of the leading partners of Vietnam.
The Vietnamese Party and Government pay heed to promoting economic and trade links with the US, offering favourable conditions for US investors in Vietnam, and facilitating joint projects with US businesses.
Kaproth, in turn, touched upon a number of priorities in his country’s economic policy and bilateral cooperation with Vietnam.
Binh also hailed the US’ideas for stronger regional cooperation while saying that now is a suitable time for both nations to intensify quality investment in the sectors of energy, science-technology, and infrastructure.
Such cooperation will help enhance the US’investment in Vietnam and improve their trade balance, he added.
