Both patients are Vietnamese citizens who were hospitalized in late March for treatment after being diagnosed with the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes the disease.
They have twice tested negative for the deadly virus, meeting the criteria for being released from hospital, said doctors.
Since the outbreak began in Vietnam in January, there have been 251 infections confirmed, of which 128 have fully recovered.
Most of hospitalizations now remain in stable health condition, except for five patients who are receiving oxygen treatment.
Dozens of other hospitalized patients have tested negative once or twice.
